	Puppy Information: Our puppies all come C.K.C Registered, Vaccinated, De-wormed, Micro chipped, and with a current Health Guarantee. We feed and recommend Iam's Large Breed Puppy. Our puppies are all well socialized before going to their new homes, and we will update our puppies page weekly when we have a litter. Puppies are $1,500 and we require $200 of that to be paid when you secure your place on our wait list. This will guarantee your place on the wait list, and order for choosing your puppy. The remaining $1,300 will be paid at the time of pick up. For deposits please send either a money order or bank transfer. Below you will find information and photos of our riders and their horses.

Wyatt James, received his 1st pony as a gift on his 1st birthday! He is a joy to watch and a true horse lover. He enjoys giving all the horses apples, and was riding before he was walking.

Tina James, a Dressage enthusiast currently owns Rylee, a lovely 17hh, Black Mare. Rylee, who has just turned 5 years of age has proved to be very trainable, and has a lovely temperament.
The pair have recently attended their 1st, 2009 clinic with Jill Steadman and have plans for other's.

Shane James, is a pleasure rider who owns Holly-Wood, a 15.2hh Registered Quarter Horse Gelding.
Hollywood, will show Shane his way around the riding ring and trail.
He will also be Wyatt's 1st show horse, in the Western lead line classes.

Kristen Oram, is a young rider who recently changed from English to Western as her primary discipline. Kristen, owns Doc and is he is a 15hh Registered Quarter Horse gelding. They enjoy running barrels and trail riding.

In purchasing the puppy described above, I agree to the following as indicated by my signature below. I also agree to sign the C.K.C Non breeding agreement before receiving my puppy and C.K.C Registration papers. I acknowledge that I have received a copy of the Health Guarantee.

1. The puppy you have purchased from the sellers is to be spayed/neutered by 7 months of age. Also in the time frame in which the puppy is still unfixed, the purchasers agree to take due care to ensure the dog does not breed. If the puppy is not fixed by 7 months of age, the purchaser will return the dog to the sellers until arrangements have been made to have the dog spayed or neutered. (Proof of spay or neuter is required.)
2. If at any time the puppy is unwanted, or unable to be kept, the breeder is to be notified via a telephone call, for arrangements to be made for the return of the puppy.
3. The buyer agrees to exercise normal care in maintaining the puppy's health and agrees to follow the recommended vaccine, de-worming, and heart worm/flea prevention by a Licensed Veterinarian of their choice.
The buyer will maintain a fenced yard with access to the house, and/or shelter. (Electric Fence Included) The puppy is never to be tied.
The buyer will only feed a large breed puppy/dog food in which the 1st ingredient is a meat product.
4. The seller agrees to register the puppy with the C.K.C within 4 months of the purchase date, at the cost of the seller.
5. The seller also guarantees the puppy has been Health Checked, vaccinated, De-wormed, and Micro-Chipped before the purchase date.

Note: The breeder/seller recommends Health Insurance, and that the buyer enroll the puppy in an obedience class before 6 months of age. Remember your puppy is of a large breed, and early obedience training and socialization will help ensure a well-mannered puppy/dog.

It’s been a wonderful experience from the moment we decided to bring a Berner into our family. First a word about Tina, what we really appreciated about her as a breeder is the obvious care she puts into her animals. She loves the breed and all her dogs, you can tell that as soon as you speak with her. Meet our dogs

Kacey, is an out going and athletic dog with a wonderful personality. Her puppies have excellent size and temperament. She passes these traits onto lovely puppies.

Kyro, is our HUGE male who is King of the castle, weighing in at approximately 130 pounds.
He is a loving dog, and the first to greet anyone who visits.
He passes his size, and amazing temperament on to his puppies.

Kori, is a very sweet girl who is affectionate and loving. Her generous white markings and thick coat really make her stand out.

Sammy, is an outgoing and athletic dog who is very smart and devoted. She is kind, intelligent and very loving. We hope to breed her in the future.

Health Guarantee

The breeder attests that the puppy is in good health at time of sale and has received post-natal care by a licensed Veterinarian. The puppy has been vaccinated according to the puppy's age. The health record booklet and vaccination certificate given to the buyer indicates which vaccines have been administered to the puppy and the puppy has been de-wormed at least once.
Future vaccines and treatments are at the buyer's cost.

Within 48 hours of purchase, the purchaser may bring the dog to their Licensed Veterinarian for an exam. If the veterinarian finds the dog is in unsatisfactory health and written documentation by the purchaser's licensed veterinarian is provided, the purchaser will receive a replacement dog out of a future litter. The puppy must be returned to the seller with in 48 hours of an unsatisfactory exam. In the event no litter is expected within 12 months of the return of the puppy, the purchaser will receive a full refund within 30 days. Refund only applies to the purchase price of the dog. It does not include shipping, Veterinarian exam, fee’s or any other incurred expenses.

Worms and parasites common to dogs are not covered in this guarantee. We have taken every precaution against worms, fleas, and other parasites through de-worming and sanitary living conditions. Parasites may be picked up in transit, at Vet's offices, in dog parks, on walks, etc. so it is the purchaser's responsibility to take preventative measures.

Unless otherwise stated, the dog is sold as a pet/companion animal. There is no guarantee as to conformation, weight, size, color, coat, or temperament. We certainly strive to breed and raise all our dogs for a generous size, good health, steady temperament and for companionship.
