The breeder attests that the puppy is in good health at time of sale and has received post-natal care by a licensed Veterinarian. The puppy has been vaccinated according to the puppy's age. The health record booklet and vaccination certificate given to the buyer indicates which vaccines have been administered to the puppy and the puppy has been de-wormed at least once.
Future vaccines and treatments are at the buyer's cost.
Within 48 hours of purchase, the purchaser may bring the dog to their Licensed Veterinarian for an exam. If the veterinarian finds the dog is in unsatisfactory health and written documentation by the purchaser's licensed veterinarian is provided, the purchaser will receive a replacement dog out of a future litter. The puppy must be returned to the seller with in 48 hours of an unsatisfactory exam. In the event no litter is expected within 12 months of the return of the puppy, the purchaser will receive a full refund within 30 days. Refund only applies to the purchase price of the dog. It does not include shipping, Veterinarian exam, fee’s or any other incurred expenses.
Worms and parasites common to dogs are not covered in this guarantee. We have taken every precaution against worms, fleas, and other parasites through de-worming and sanitary living conditions. Parasites may be picked up in transit, at Vet's offices, in dog parks, on walks, etc. so it is the purchaser's responsibility to take preventative measures.
Unless otherwise stated, the dog is sold as a pet/companion animal. There is no guarantee as to conformation, weight, size, color, coat, or temperament. We certainly strive to breed and raise all our dogs for a generous size, good health, steady temperament and for companionship.
